Sarah Hunter

Design and Technology

As the assistant Head of DT I work hard to ensure that all students excel in this subject. This year 86% of our students achieved 9-4 (20% higher than the national average). I am passionate about sharing this best practice across the school so I lead a teaching and learning forum where staff come and engage in pedagogical discourse over a slice of pizza.

I can help you by:

  • Co-creating resources for the new specification
  • Supporting you to write exciting schemes of learning
  • Coaching teachers who are new to the profession or the subject area
