Year 11 Examinations
At All Saints Catholic School, we have enjoyed increasing success with results.
We are well above the local authority and national average for attainment 8. This is the measure which shows how well pupils have performed in up to eight end of key stage four results.
As well as this, we have massively increased the uptake of pupils who are completing the English baccalaureate (EBacc) at GCSE.
Our success is due to the hard work and dedication of our team of staff and pupils. We also find that parental engagement in pupil progress yields great success. Our pastorally inclusive approach to education ensures that no child is left behind and we have devised strategies to support all pupils regardless of their prior attainment. We ensure that quality-first teaching and regular formative assessment are the bedrock of our success. Teachers regularly 'drop everything and check' to ensure that no child is left unaided in lessons. We have a strong literacy focus and pupils spend time reading every single day.
Overall, we have created a learning environment which places the emphasis on being successful through our endeavours. A truly academically excellent school community which has love of God and neighbour at its heart. Please see our most recent GCSE results stated below.
